Meegan Maczek

Special Counsel
Los Angeles – Century City Office

Meegan Maczek's practice focuses on general business litigation. She has litigated individual, mass and class actions in state and federal court, including matters involving intellectual property, real estate, commercial loan, consumer protection and employment claims. She helped obtain summary judgment for a software developer in a mass action and defeat preliminary injunctions in a multimillion-dollar redevelopment project. Meegan has also represented pro bono clients in immigration, copyright, civil rights and habeas cases.

Meegan clerked for the Honorable Terry J. Hatter of the US District Court, Central District of California. She also assisted four other district court judges with civil and criminal matters during her clerkship. While in law school, she served as the executive editor of the Southern California Law Review.
