Critical support for commercial and class-action litigation

Meegan has significant experience in commercial and class-action litigation. She helped obtain summary judgment for a software developer in a mass action and defeat preliminary injunctions in a multimillion-dollar redevelopment project. Meegan has managed several e-discovery projects, including training and supervising a team of 35 attorneys. Meegan also represents pro bono clients and helped two unaccompanied minors secure asylum.

Before joining Katten, Meegan clerked for the Honorable Terry J. Hatter of the US District Court, Central District of California, and also assisted four other district court judges with civil and criminal matters. While in law school, she served as the executive editor of the Southern California Law Review, where she helped launch an online companion to that publication.
