LOS ANGELES - The law firm of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP is pleased to have served as legal counsel to Satellite Healthcare Inc., a leading researcher and treatment provider in the area of chronic kidney disease, in its recent acquisition of Capital Dialysis of Texas, an Austin-based physician-owned dialysis provider.
