Partner Mark Wood will participate in PLI's "Drafting Securities Filings 2011" on November 14–15. Mr. Wood, who also serves as co-chair of the program, will speak on the "Effects of '34 Act Registration" at 11:15 a.m. on November 14. This program will also address current issues in securities filings and disclosure obligations following Dodd-Frank, demonstrate critical drafting techniques, teach the mechanics and implications of risk disclosures in '33 and '34 Act filings and share the current areas of focus for the SEC Division of Corporation Finance Staff.
