Brian Spangler is an associate in the Real Estate practice. He advises private equity firms, real estate investment trusts (REITS), developers, financial institutions, high-net-worth individuals and other institutional investors in an array of commercial real estate transactions. These transactions include the negotiation and administration of long-term ground leases (including bondable and traditional, triple-net ground leases), space leases (with particular emphasis in industrial and Class A office leases), acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development, financing and reciprocal easement agreements. His practice includes a broad range of real estate asset classes, including industrial warehouse and distribution centers, data centers, office towers (central business district, suburban and medical office buildings), hotels, multifamily projects and retail centers, across stabilized, value-add and opportunistic profiles.
