Overview

Austin Beardsley is a seasoned litigator who defends lenders and financial institutions at both the trial court and appellate levels. He represents financial institutions in a wide variety of financial services, consumer finance and real estate litigation, including class actions, bank operations, title disputes and claims arising under various state and federal statutes. Austin has extensive experience defending small and large business in accessibility and civil rights matters. He also has defended large manufacturing and retail clients in multi-state food safety matters.
