Arnold I. Roth represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters before state and federal courts, including corporate and securities litigation, real estate transactions, trusts and estates matters and civil litigation.

During law school, Arnold served as editor of the Harvard Law Review.

Shown below is a selection of Arnold’s engagements.

  • Representation of client in successfully arguing before the US Supreme Court. Obtained ruling that resulted in making the firm’s client, as well as other accounting firms, less vulnerable to lawsuits based on the recordkeeping provisions there in issue. Touche Ross v. Redington and Securities Investors Protection Corporation.
