(LONDON) Katten Muchin Rosenman UK LLP today announced the arrival of Terry Green and Michael Speranza as partner and of counsel, respectively, in the firm's Real Estate practice.

Terry focuses on finance, hospitality, insolvency and corporate real estate including retail. He advises a wide range of clients from banks to asset management companies and hotel groups.

Michael brings many years of experience in real estate finance, commercial real estate, development, funds, structured finance, corporate trustees and restructuring. His clients include banks, property development and investment companies, and public sector bodies. Michael assists both lenders and borrowers to finance large and sometimes landmark London properties and with the restructuring of banking facilities.
