Four Katten attorneys will participate in the 39th Annual FIA Law & Compliance Division Conference on the Regulation of Futures, Derivatives and OTC Products. The conference will cover a range of topics on the legal and regulatory issues that impact the derivatives industry.

Gary DeWaal, special counsel in the Financial Services practice, will moderate "Memory Lane: Those Who Forget History are Doomed to Repeat It" at 2:00 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, May 3.

Christian T. Kemnitz, co-head of the firm's Financial Services Litigation practice, will speak on "Enforcement Overview" at 11:30 a.m. (ET) and Kevin M. Foley, a partner in the Financial Services practice, will speak on "The Ins and Outs of Customer Asset Protection" at 2:45 p.m. (ET) on Thursday, May 4.

London-based Financial Services partner Nathaniel Lalone will speak on the "Overview of European Regulations: MiFID II" at 9:00 a.m. (ET) and the "Overview of European Regulations: Market Abuse Directive" at 9:45 a.m. (ET) on Friday, May 5.
