30th Annual National Institute on White Collar Crime

Environmental partner Steven Solow will serve as a panelist during the "Environmental Crimes in a World of Global Markets, Climate Change and International Terrorism" session on Wednesday, March 2 at 10:45 a.m. at the 30th Annual National Institute on White Collar Crime. The panel will explore developments in the environmental crimes program and examine recent case experiences from the perspectives of government, in-house counsel and private practitioners. It also will examine changes in government enforcement priorities, the use of new investigatory tools and the intersection of environmental and other regulatory enforcement regimes.
