On Friday, March 15, Lisa will present "Important Transactional & Regulatory Issues in Healthcare Private Equity" at 11:15 a.m. The session will discuss some of the most common transactional and regulatory issues facing private equity investors and providers with the complex transactions, as well as recent enforcement trends in that arena.
