Katten Represents Gamut Capital Management in $1 Billion Private Equity Fund

Katten advised Gamut Capital Management, L.P., a New York-based middle market private equity firm, in the formation and related fundraising of Gamut Investment Fund I (and affiliates) (the "Fund"), which announced its final closing at $1 billion, exceeding the Fund’s $750 million target.
