Zack Wagman

Zack Wagman's practice has included all types of secured and unsecured financings including highly structured financial products such as receivables securitization, leverage leasing, synthetic leasing, ijara leasing credit support provided by insurance companies, and various types of vendor leasing programs.  In addition, Mr. Wagman has extensive experience representing middle market lenders in leveraged buyout transactions in all types of industries with a particular focus on transactions in the health care sector. Mr. Wagman is listed in the 2012 edition of Best Lawyers in America.

Prior to joining Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, he practiced with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom for nine years in both their Chicago and London offices. While in London, Mr. Wagman primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, aircraft finance and international project finance for large U.S. multinational corporations.

Mr. Wagman graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1989. He was Order of the Coif and a member of the University of Illinois Law Review.
