Wendy L. Fields

Wendy L. Fields is Co-Head of the Washington, D.C., Real Estate Practice. She has represented private equity, developers and lenders for her entire career and has focused primarily on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including asset, stock and other equity acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint venture relationships, special asset dispositions and workouts, and equity and debt restructurings. Ms. Fields' current clientele includes high-profile development, and REIT, opportunity and hedge fund investments in a broad range of real estate products, including income-producing office and retail projects, portfolio holdings, and residential, multi-family and mixed-use development projects. Ms. Fields is listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business (2008–2011), Washingtonian magazine's "Top Lawyers" (2007, 2009 and 2011) and The Best Lawyers in America (2009–2012), and has been listed in Who's Who for many years.

Ms. Fields graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 1976 (with honors) and served on its law review.
