Katten’s Water Practice covers all major features and elements of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit program, including the NPDES stormwater program. Our lawyers are experienced in wastewater treatment plant operations and have developed strong working relationships with some of the most respected wastewater consultants and engineers in the United States. Katten attorneys carefully track developments with EPA’s stormwater and energy extraction initiatives in keeping with the Agency’s National Enforcement Initiatives.
