Viviana Boero Hedrick focuses her practice on business litigation matters, including real estate, business torts, contract, intellectual property, employment, and bankruptcy disputes.
Prior to joining Katten, Ms. Hedrick was a litigation associate for Leader Gorham LLP and for Liner Grode Stein Yankelevitz Sunshine Regenstreif & Taylor, LLP. While in law school, Ms. Hedrick worked for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office as a Law Clerk, and externed for the Honorable Fred Woods in the Second District of the California Court of Appeal, and the Honorable John E. Ryan for the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Hedrick received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, with honors, in 2005, where she served as the Senior Production Editor and Staff Writer for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with a minor in Spanish from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2001. A native speaker with eight years of study, Ms. Hedrick is fluent in Spanish and studied at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, España.
Ms. Hedrick is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and Los Angeles County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
