Trust And Estates Partner Joshua Rubenstein Quoted in Medical Economics

Mr. Rubenstein was interviewed for the article, "How to pick the right guardian and executor; Last Will & Testament" ("Medical Economics," No. 16, Vol. 81). In the article he suggests that, particularly in cases where there are children from a previous marriage, couples carefully think through the implications of naming either the surviving spouse or step-parent as executor.
