Qualifications and Career Profile
Tiffany Ma concentrates in defending employers against discrimination and compensation claims in state and federal courts, federal, state and local fair employment practice agencies, and in proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Her practice also focuses on restructurings and downsizings, negotiating settlement agreements, negotiating employment agreements, sexual harassment and anti-discrimination training, mediations, and employee relations matters. In addition, Ms. Ma regularly advises on employee misconduct, employee complaints of discrimination, and creates employee handbooks and workplace policies.

Boston University International Law Journal. She is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of Massachusetts.
