Partner Nancy Laethem Stern will speak at The ESOP Association's Las Vegas Conference & Trade Show. Ms. Stern will participate in a discussion on "The Fiduciary Role in Major Corporate Events" at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, November 8. The panel will cover the roles of ESOP fiduciaries in connection with specific transactions; the roles of the board, trustee and committee regarding the design and issuance of warrants and equity-based compensation; and how fiduciaries should view proposed actions which could affect the ESOP's investment in employer stock.
