Tala Jallad represents various participants in the structured finance market including issuers, lenders and borrowers on asset-backed transactions, with an emphasis on prime and sub-prime automobile loan and lease securitizations and warehouses. Ms. Jallad has worked with a large auto industry issuer on private securitizations that constitute eligible collateral under the Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility (TALF), established by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Ms. Jallad received her bachelor's degree from Tufts University in 2004, and her law degree from the New England School of Law in 2007, where she was the recipient of the of CALI Excellence for the Future Award. She is admitted to practice in New York.
