Stephen J. Lombardo, III practices primarily in the areas of private equity/venture capital, securities, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lombardo was a founder of the television production company East Coast Sports Video Productions, where he held the position of vice-president and chief financial officer.
Mr. Lombardo attended Georgetown University where he graduated with a degree in accounting in 1996 and Juris Doctor in 1999. He is admitted to practice in Illinois (1999). Mr. Lombardo is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
