Stacy A. Koziol concentrates her practice in corporate matters.
Ms. Koziol earned her BA in English from Illinois State University and her JD from Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, Ms. Koziol served as a judicial extern to both the Honorable Harold A. Ackerman and the Honorable Garrett E. Brown Jr. in the US District Court in the District of New Jersey. She also worked as an extern for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Ms. Koziol is admitted to practice in Illinois and New York, and she is a member of the American and Chicago Bar Associations.
