Stacey McKee Knight concentrates her litigation practice in the areas of labor and employment law. Ms. McKee Knight represents management in a variety of labor relations matters, including collective bargaining, arbitration, picketing and leafleting, injunction proceedings and unfair labor practice charges. She also represents employers in litigation and day-to-day preventive counseling, including hiring, promotion, disability accommodation and termination of their employees and compliance with local state and federal employment laws.

Ms. McKee Knight has conducted seminars in, and lectures on, employment law issues addressing topics such as legislative developments, wage and hour, employment discrimination and harassment, and disability discrimination and accommodation. Ms. McKee Knight also represents property owners in matters involving the intersection of property rights and freedom of speech in the context of labor picketing and leafletting and non-labor public access. She represents clients in all venues ranging from the Department of Labor to Federal Court.

In 1992, Ms. McKee Knight graduated, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Government from the University of Redlands. She received her Juris Doctor degree, Order of the Coif and with Great Distinction from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she also received the American Jurisprudence Awards in Contracts, Remedies and Jurisprudence. While at McGeorge, Ms. McKee Knight served as an Associate Editor for the Pacific Law Journal.

Ms. McKee Knight is a member of the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar, Labor & Employment Law Section and an editor of the Employment Law Strategist.

Ms. McKee Knight is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Sections. She is admitted to practice before all levels of the state court, the Federal District Courts and the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
