Seth R. Madorsky concentrates his practice in all aspects of commercial real estate development, and finance. He represents investors, developers, managers, operators and lenders in office, retail, multi-family, industrial and hotel development and redevelopment projects, including multi-use development projects, in connection with site selection, land acquisition, sales and leasing activity, construction and permanent financing, and construction of infrastructure and buildings.
Mr. Madorsky also has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in office, retail and other lease transactions and counseling non-real estate focused clients on their real estate and facilities operations needs and requirements.
Mr. Madorsky has been recognized in Illinois Super Lawyers (2006, 2008-2009) and Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition (2010).
Mr. Madorsky graduated with Honors from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and received his law degree in 1986 from Cornell University.
