Seth Aigner focuses his practice on the representation of senior secured lenders, as well as borrowers, in connection with cash flow and asset-based facilities in the context of sponsor-backed leveraged buy-out transactions, recapitalizations, restructurings and workouts of distressed credits. Mr. Aigner’s institutional clients include GE Antares Capital Corporation, Merrill Lynch Capital, CapitalSource Finance LLC, Dymas Funding Company, LLC and First Chicago Bancorp in connection with a variety of commercial loan transactions.
Mr. Aigner earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University in 1997 and his Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School in 2002. He is admitted to practice in Illinois.
