The New York State Bar Association and its Trusts and Estates Law Section are proud to present the Second Annual Sophisticated Trusts and Estates Law Institute--a program of national reach and sophisticated content, featuring many of the most prominent and knowledgeable experts not only from New York, but from across the country.  This year's two-day event will cover a wide range of the most timely and important topics in trusts and estates practice. Prominent authorities will cover the latest developments in case law, ruling, Federal legislation; and will provide in-depth, sophisticated coverage of the topics set forth in the agenda below. Detailed written materials will accompany each of the presentations.

Partner Joshua Rubenstein is the Conference Chair and will open the meeting on Thursday, November 4 at 9:00 a.m. followed by Partner Andrew Katzenstein presenting, "Update: Recent Developments and Hot Topics" at 9:15.  On Friday afternoon at 3:45 p.m., Counsel GIlbert S. Edelson will be on a panel discussing "Art Valuation."
