Sean Gordon

Sean C. Gordon concentrates his practice in corporate law with a focus on aviation matters including financing, selling, purchasing and leasing of commercial and private aircraft, and on advising clients on Department of Transportation and Federal Aviation Administration regulatory issues.

Mr. Gordon is a published author on various aviation topics, including advancements on the Open Skies Agreement between the United States and the European Union, state and federal actions towards an airline passenger bill of rights, and recent efforts by the FAA to require re-registration of U.S. registered aircraft.

Mr. Gordon earned his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Spanish and world business from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2004, and his Juris Doctor, with honors, from The George Washington University Law School in 2007. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
