Roxana I. Bargoz represents various participants in the structured finance market, including issuers, underwriters, lenders, borrowers and credit enhancers, in corporate and capital market transactions. She has been involved in a variety of transactions, including asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities offerings (with an emphasis on automobile loan, automobile lease, mortgage loan and HELOC securitizations), warehouse financing programs, residual financings, revolving credit facilities and term loans, and cross-border securitizations. Ms. Bargoz has represented clients in the U.S. market as well as in international markets, including Japan and Latin America.
Recently, Ms. Bargoz has worked on a number of Rule 144A auto lease securitizations, lease warehouse facilities and private placement securitizations of retail auto loans. She has also recently represented various lenders in structured term loans and revolving credit facilities and the initial purchaser in a cross-border Latin American securitization.
Ms. Bargoz received her bachelor's degree, with honors and high distinction, from the University of North Carolina in 2002, and her law degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2006, where she was the Executive Administrative Editor at the Georgetown Law Journal. She is admitted to practice in New York.
