Robert B. Tucker, Jr. concentrates his practice in advising and representing clients in a wide range of corporate transactions.
Mr. Tucker has substantial corporate and business experience, especially representing closely held businesses in a broad range of legal needs. He has served as general counsel to business clients and has represented clients in financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and technology acquisition, protection and exploitation. His clients have included owner-operators, sellers, buyers, lenders, borrowers, licensors and licensees in various business settings.

Education
Mr. Tucker received his undergraduate degree (B.S.E.E., 1966) from North Carolina State University and his law degree with high honors (J.D., 1972) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the North Carolina Law Review.
