Qualifications and Career Profile
Ricardo J. Hollingsworth represents private equity and venture capital firms as well as institutional investors, including foundations, endowments, public and private pension plans and insurance companies, in connection with their fund formation and investment activity. He also has extensive experience in private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate partnering transactions, strategic investments, private placements and corporate finance, including secured and unsecured debt financing transactions.
Mr. Hollingsworth clerked for the Honorable Joseph W. Hatchett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from 1994 to 1995, and before entering law school, he served as a captain in the U.S. Air Force for six years (from 1985 to 1991).
