Rebecca K. Lindahl concentrates her practice in litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lindahl served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Catharine R. Aron (formerly Catharine R. Carruthers) in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
Ms. Lindahl earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Virginia in 2003. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2006, where she served as executive editor of the Wake Forest Law Review, member of the Wake Forest Moot Court Board, the Robert F. Wagner Labor & Employment Moot Court Team, the Dean’s Shadow Curriculum and Faculty Interviewing Committee, and Order of the Coif.
Ms. Lindahl is admitted to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina and before the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of North Carolina and the District of South Carolina. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar, the Mecklenburg County Bar, the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys, the Charlotte Women’s Bar, and the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. Ms. Lindahl is a graduate of the 2011 class of the Mecklenburg County Bar Leadership Institute.
