Partner Joshua Wayser will serve as a faculty co-chair for this program and will speak on a number of panels, including "Definition of Real Estate Secured Transactions," "Types of Foreclosures," "What is Deficiency?," "Receiverships and Rents, and Profits," "Waivers of Debtor Rights and Creditor Obligations" and "Workouts, Short Sales and Deeds in Lieu of Foreclosure."

With recent trends in the real estate industry, loan delinquencies are on the rise. This program will explain how foreclosure law and practice is unique in California, affording lenders, borrowers and investors the ability to plan if and when a loan default occurs.
