Qualifications and Career Profile
Raymond Mouhadeb is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice. Mr. Mouhadeb's practice focuses on representing broker-dealers and investment managers of domestic and international hedge funds, fund of fund complexes, managed account platforms and other private pooled investment vehicles. He structures and provides ongoing advice related to domestic and offshore securities and commodities private investment funds, having a broad range of investment strategies, including alternative investment, asset-backed, quantitative and event driven. He also structures and provides ongoing advice related to domestic and offshore insurance dedicated hedge funds (including BOLI and COLI products), premium finance, life settlement and other insurance related products.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mouhadeb was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he worked in international tax and global structuring related to hedge funds, fund of funds and private equity funds.
Education and Bar Admissions
Mr. Mouhadeb earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, magna cum laude, from Baruch College, City University of New York in 2000 and his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2003, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and Cardozo Tax Clinic. Mr. Mouhadeb went on to earn his Master of Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2004. He is admitted to practice in New York.
