Partner Janet Angstadt will participate in "Regulators as Initiators," a panel discussion at the Baruch College conference "Rapidly Changing Securities Markets: Who Are the Initiators?" at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 9. The conference will address changes in the equity markets since the 1997 Order Handling Rules were instituted, as well as who initiated the changes, how market quality has evolved over the past 15 years, and what further structural and regulatory changes are still necessary.
