Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman Among Top 30 Firms In Annual BTI Client Service Ranking

CHICAGO – Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman is among the top 30 firms in BTI Consulting’s annual Survey of Client Performance in Law Firms. The firm ranked 26th out of 211 firms for its first-ever appearance in the Client Service A-Team.
In addition to placing in the top 30 for the overall survey, the firm also appeared prominently in 16 of the client service areas used to compile the list. These included Best Client Service, Client Focus, Anticipating Client Needs, and Legal Skills.
BTI conducted individual interviews with 200 corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 companies. These clients identified key activities that drive client service and ranked their law firms on each of them.
