Many of these large cases are accompanied by other risks, investigations, government inquiries and proceedings, and as a result we have become especially adept at handling parallel and complex proceedings. In addition to being a “go to” litigation firm at the trial and appellate levels, we have substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution. Our attorneys have represented clients in thousands of mediations, arbitrations, neutral panels and other ADR proceedings, and we regularly implement litigation strategies for our clients that include potential ADR solutions.
