Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP’s Distressed Property Group employs an interdisciplinary approach to representing participants in the distressed real estate market. Composed of attorneys from our national Real Estate, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Insolvency and Restructuring and Tax Planning practices, the group advises and assists clients in connection with distressed real estate asset disputes, out-of-court and in-court restructurings, foreclosures and other real estate litigation, bankruptcies, reorganizations, equity and debt capitalization and acquisitions and dispositions.
