Qualifications and Career Profile
Mr. Nadel has represented a wide variety of clients in litigations involving health care law, securities and commercial matters, insurance, and general litigation cases.
Mr. Nadel now focuses exclusively on health care matters, representing providers in both transactional and contested matters. He has negotiated dozens of contracts, each in excess of $100 million, and has recovered more than $1 billion in reimbursement litigations for clients in New York and nationally. He is listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business (2006–2011) and in The Best Lawyers in America (2008–2012).
Education
Mr. Nadel earned his undergraduate degree with distinction (B.A., 1961) from Cornell University and his law degree (LL.B, 1964) from Columbia University Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an Editor of the Columbia Law Review.
