Peter A. Siddiqui concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and reorganization matters.

 

Mr. Siddiqui has represented a wide range of clients in bankruptcy and corporate reorganization cases, including debtors, secured creditors, and trustees. He has represented debtors-in-possession in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, trustees in various bankruptcy cases in Chicago, and secured creditors in mortgage foreclosures, strict foreclosures, UCC sales, orderly winddowns, and bankruptcy cases throughout the United States.

 

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from DePauw University in 1998 and his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 2002, where he was an editor on the Indiana Law Review.

 

He is admitted to practice in the State and Federal courts of Illinois and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, as well as several United States District Courts around the country.
