Patricia A. Holland concentrates her practice in labor and employment law. Prior to rejoining the firm, Ms. Holland was Director and Associate General Counsel of Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc., now CME Group, where she counseled CME management in all aspects of employee relations and policy and formed CME's Compliance and Ethics Team. Previously, Ms. Holland was Of Counsel with SmithDehn LLP in New York, lending her labor and employment law expertise to the firm’s media industry clients.

Ms. Holland is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Committee, and the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section, Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee.
Education and Bar Admissions
Ms. Holland received her Bachelor of Arts degree in government and economics from St. Lawrence University in 1988 and her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School in 1994, where she was a member and staff editor of The John Marshall Law Review. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
