Sheri Chromow and Timothy Little, partners in the firm’s Real Estate Practice, authored a guide to real estate loan workouts. It reviews how the downturn affects workout decisions and provides a framework for lenders to assess what they have and achieve the best possible result. The guide was presented to the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
