Partners Eric Adams, Hays Ellisen Quoted in The Lawyer on Covered Bonds

Eric Adams and Hays Ellisen, Co-Chairs of the firm’s Covered Bonds Team, were quoted in an article in The Lawyer on U.S. interest in covered bonds to help revive the struggling mortgage finance market. In the article, Mr. Adams notes that experience in European markets can be helpful, since covered bonds are so new to the United States. "Being able to show clients you have the right skills to address this area is important. A firm with structured finance and securitization skills will be doing the same thing."
