William Natbony, a partner in the Firm’s Financial Services Practice, is quoted throughout a recently published book that examines activist hedge fund managers and their strategies. The book, written by Ronald D. Orol, a veteran reporter with The Deal, quotes Mr. Natbony on a number of topics ranging from the increasing specialization of managers, to the treatment of illiquid investments, to the exodus to overseas-based managing and investing (“Extreme Value Hedging: How Activist Hedge Fund Managers are Taking on the World,” Wiley, 2007).
