William Natbony, a New York-based partner in the Firm’s Financial Services Practice, was quoted in a recent article in Financial Services Law 360 on key finance legislation to watch in 2008. In the article, Mr. Natbony notes that, “The financial services industry is primarily concerned with proposed tax legislation that would raise the effective rate of tax on U.S.-based hedge fund managers.
