Partner Whitney Ellerman Quoted in Compliance Week on Bribery Prosecutions

Whitney Ellerman, a partner in the firm’s White Collar Criminal and Civil Litigation and Compliance Practice, was quoted in an article in Compliance Week on the recent enforcement actions brought under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. “It’s clear that we will see an increased number of FCPA prosecutions of both companies and individuals in the next several years,” Mr. Ellerman says.
