Partner Steven Solow Authors Book Chapter on The Role of the Prosecutor in Criminal Investigations

Steven P. Solow, Co-Chair of the White Collar Criminal and Civil Litigation and Compliance Practice in the Washington, D.C., office, co-authored a book chapter entitled “Criminal Justice Standards and the Role of the Prosecutor in Criminal Investigations," along with Ronald Goldstock. Goldstock is the former Director of the New York State Organized Crime Task Force, where Solow previously worked as a trial attorney. The chapter addresses the ABA's recently adopted Criminal Justice Standards designed to guide prosecutors during the investigative phase of a criminal case. (Mr. Solow served as the Reporter to the Standards Committee Task Force that drafted the new Standards and is he is currently completing the draft of the commentary that will eventually accompany the black letter Standards.)
