Partner Steven Solow Authors Book Chapter on Environmental Criminal Enforcement

Steven P. Solow, Chair of the firm’s Environmental Litigation Practice, co-authored a book chapter entitled “Environmental Criminal Enforcement,” along with W. Warren Hamel and Jane F. Barrett, his former colleagues from the U.S. Department of Justice. The chapter addresses special issues in handling environmental criminal investigations and prosecutions.
