Partner Steven Eckhaus Profiled in Legal Bisnow Article

Steven Eckhaus, Chair of the firm's Executive Employment Practice, was profiled in an article in Legal Bisnow on his work negotiating executive contracts. Mr. Eckhaus, with economist Stephen O'Byrne, pioneered the use of sophisticated mathematical and statistical models to determine reasonable and appropriate compensation in a variety of circumstances. While his practice has remained busy during the recession, Mr. Eckhaus says his work now includes representing more boards and compensation committees in addition to individual clients. ("Pay Day," March 3, 2011)
