Partner Sheldon Zenner, Chair of White Collar Practice, Quoted in Chicago Tribune on Jury Deliberations in the George Ryan Trial

Partner Sheldon T. Zenner, Chair of the Firm’s White Collar Criminal and Civil Litigation Practice, was quoted in a Chicago Tribune article on jury deliberations in the George Ryan corruption trial and the denial of the jury’s request for a legal dictionary ("Defining moment: Jury denied dictionary," March 15, 2006). In the article, Mr. Zenner notes that a judge’s instructions to a jury adequately define the legal terms which they need to understand, so no dictionary should be necessary.
