Partner Peter Shea Quoted in Forbes on ETFs

Peter Shea, a partner in the firm’s Financial Services Practice, was quoted in an article in Forbes on emerging exchange-traded funds (ETFs), which earned high returns in 2009 but then began to disappoint. The new ETFs on Wall Street, for example, aren’t very broad-based. “SPDRs proved the concept of ETFs, but there are limited opportunities to come up with products that track broad-based indexes, because they've all been snatched up,” Mr. Shea says.
