Mr. Wakschlag was interviewed for the article “Trends in the Region: Pervasive Secularism Key to Muni Deals for Religious Schools” (September 7, 2004), which examines recent court decisions regarding the use of bonds as a way to finance facilities for schools with religious affiliations. He comments that there are numerous factors considered in determining such financing deals.
